Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: If a scheduling conflict should occur, for a participant or group who is joining an already scheduled course, participant(s) will be given a credit that is valid for 30 days this includes all Certification Classes scheduled through Go Life Savers, LLC and applies to all courses that we teach. In other words, all courses and sessions are included. Should the participant(s) reschedule two times and not show up for the 3rd scheduled course, the participant will forfeit the payment for the course at that time. At which time, the registrant would simply need to repay to participate in another class.

*Please note that a registrant will only be able to reschedule two times.

**There is a hard copy certification card replacement fee of $30 per card to replace lost, stolen, or misplaced cards. For eCards, participants agree to keep track of their eCard account information in order to return to and retrieve the eCard.
